Our Association has been a professional Dance school for five years now. The Dance school is run by Ms Anna Di Martino and lessons are held at our elementary school. Ms Di Martino is a professional Ballet dancer who currently works at the “Teatro Massimo di Palermo”. She also has professional experience in the most important Italian and foreign theatres and has often had the role of leading dancer. She has also had expereience with the most famous ballet dancers in the world: Rudolf Nurejev, Carla Fracci, Paolo Bortoluzzi, Alessandra Ferri, Eleonora Abbagnato, Roberto Bole, Eva Evdokmova, Ferdnando Bonkones and others.
After five years of activity the School has had the following recognitions:
• one of our students came first in the Modica contest
• another student has joined the Massimo theatre for young ballet dancers and participated in the Lago dei cigni and Romeo and Giulietta shows in the last season of opera and ballets at Massimo Theatre.
The students have also participated in the National manifistation of the province of Palermo with a choreographic performance done by A. Di Martino and staged at teatro Zappalà and during CEI's festa d'instituto. The end of year show Cenerentola was organized and staged at Teatro Orione with great success.

At the end of the school year the children will dance on stage in one of the cities' theatres or at CEI.
The courses for Classical Ballet follow the National Academic Programme of Classical Ballet in Rome. Courses are open to CEI and non CEI students.

Ballet School
Ballet courses are offered to children from 4 and up. Individual courses are also possible by request.

Modern Dance
Tuesdays, Wenesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 to 19:30

Dance School for Adults
Stretching, training and approach to dance. Morning and afternoon courses.
